Gina I am on a journey of eating that is more compatible with my spirit. I am eliminating meat and eat raw once or twice a week i am looking for support and guidance Working 12 hour days is my excuse for not having more raw days however i want to move forward i feel a bit stuck in some eating patterns .Any advice for lunches to bring to work thanks for all you education

Thank you for responding so quickly I will take your advice I look forward to being lean again (my hormones have been causing stomache fat yet adjusting my food to thi point I am seeing a difference. Therefore, I know If i continue on this path of eating it will produce healthy results! PS Just bought a DVD Forks over Knives it is supposed to be about raw/vegan lifestyle
